RapidStart Apps, including our Mobile apps, are available in 21 languages. English is installed by default. You can remove it or add other languages your team needs.
While each of our solutions has its own language pack, the steps are the same for any app.
Start by downloading the desired language pack(s) from the sidebar in the RapidStart settings app to your local drive.
In the same sidebar, click on Mobile Apps.
Navigate to the downloaded language pack.
Important! Select the Alternate Key and tick to Allow Duplicates. If you do not see the alternate key, you need to update your RapidStart App.
Leave the Import map as is, and click Finish Import
Once uploaded, Click Track Progress
Refresh until you see success with no errors, and you’re language pack is installed
Be sure the User has a RapidStart App license, then go to the users and toggle Mobile Access on, select the Mobile Language for each Mobile User (They can be different for different users)
