The RapidStart Field Service App gives the Dispatcher the ability to manage Technicians. You can see your Technicians by clicking “Technicians” in the sidebar.
If you do not see a Technician in the list, it means the Mobile app has not been shared with them by your Administrator. To edit a Technician, click on their name.
